Pursuant to our rights under clause 16 of our Business Terms, we
give notice that all mobile broadband services will be terminated
in 30 days. We no longer offer this service.
Customers should immediately make arrangements to obtain alternate
services from another provider and then cancel your account
when completed. We suggest you do not wait until 19 August 2020.
Please note that any pre-paid credit will be pro-rata refunded to
customer credit card if they pay by credit card.
If customers pay by direct deposit, this will be refunded to
the bank account details they nominate to us in writing.
We thank our customers for their support to date and apologise for any
inconvenience caused.
